Tungsten carbide plates

Tungsten carbide plates also called tungsten carbide sheets and tungsten carbide blocks, divided as sintered blank and grinding, which meet different products applications.

The tungsten carbide plate has high hardness, high strength, high wearing feature, high compressive strength, good stability, low impact toughness, low expand coefficient, and electric conduction. The heat conduction is similar to iron. Tungsten carbide rods

Tungsten carbide rods (bars) has many excellent characteristics such as high hardness and strength, good wear and corrosion resistance and salient stability under high temperature (even at 500 ºC it is essentially unchanged and at 1000 ºC it is still of high hardness). It can be used to cut cast iron, nonferrous metals, plastics, chemical fiber, stainless steel and high Manganese steel, etc; and can make drilling tools, mining tools and wear parts etc.
Tungsten carbide rods (bars) available as blanks or h6 precision ground with chamfer-on-one-end. Our tungsten carbide rods are manufactured as standards with one or two holes, straight or twisted to a 30 degree helix, or solid with no holes.
The sizes can be customized as your requirements.
Blank and polished can be chosen.

Tungsten Carbide Seal Rings are used as Mechanical Seal faces in pumps, Compressors and Agitators. These are used in Oil Refineries, Petrochemical plants, Fertilizer Plants, and Drugs/Pharmaceutical Industries. Mechanical seal rings are developed to withstand high temperature, high pressure & highly corrosive chemical attack. Zhuzhou Northern Carbide Co., Limited manufactures Rings in various shapes like Plain Ring, DA type, T-shape, L-shape and in shapes as per customers requirement. Tungsten Carbide Rings are generally made with Cobalt as binder material. Nickel bonded Rings also can be supplied as per following specifications.
